Keep every layer looking its best.

Everyday cleaning

• Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
• Use mild soapy water for marks, then dry the item promptly.
• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh cleaners, and solvents.

Heat and sunlight

PLA can soften or change shape in high heat. Keep products away from hot cars, ovens, open flames, heaters, and long periods of harsh direct sun. Do not place them in a dishwasher or microwave.

Safe use

Use each product only for its described purpose. These items are not certified as food-safe, medical, electrical-safety, or load-bearing equipment. Keep small parts away from children under three.

Normal print character

Fine layer lines and tiny surface variations are normal features of the 3D-printing process. They are not automatically signs of a fault.

Planters and water

Use a liner or removable nursery pot unless the product description specifically says the planter is watertight. Wipe up standing water around the base.
