Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1 business day. Any longer preparation time will be shown before payment.

• Normal Delivery is estimated to take 2–4 business days within Victoria and 3–6 business days interstate.
• Fast Delivery is estimated to take 1–2+ business days within Victoria and 1–3+ business days interstate.
• Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and may vary by postcode, busy periods, or unexpected delays. They are estimates rather than guarantees.

The website will calculate the available price from the parcel and delivery address. The final amount will be shown clearly before payment.

A tracking number will be emailed after the parcel has been lodged. To track an order or ask about its status, contact orders@3dboffo.com.

Local pickup is available in Mickleham, Victoria, by arrangement. The full pickup address and instructions will be provided privately after the order is confirmed and ready.

Contact support@3dboffo.com if a parcel is late, lost, or damaged. Keep the product, packaging, and clear photos if damage has occurred. We will submit an enquiry to the delivery provider. If the delivery provider approves compensation, you may choose either a replacement or a refund. This process does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
